The transformational group coaching program is facilitator led but participant directed. Each program is highly customized and key focus areas are determined by the group collectively.

Mobile Meetings
- Three, 75 minute, interactive group calls every month
(each call will be recorded & made available to participants)
- One, 30 minute private call with your coach
- Monthly guest speaker series featuring industry experts
on variety of topics (each teleconference or webinar
will be recorded & made available to participants)

- Downloads from our free e-book library
- Exclusive online network for all group coaching participants
& a private chat room for your particular group
Confidentiality
The responsibility for confidentiality is shared amongst all participants. Clients pledge that nothing occurring in the group, including names of other group members, will be shared with anyone outside of the group. These rules are critical to maintain a safe, respectful, & trusting environment.

(3 to 5 mins.) welcome, verify participants
(15 mins.) successes/challenges, each individual relates one or more successes and/or challenges they have experienced since the previous group session
(45 mins.) main discussion topic for session, with participants sharing their top three goals around this topic and related action steps
(10 mins.) wrap-up, review action steps and announce homework for next session based on outline
